Love Makes the World go 'round

Love...focuses on everyone else, right?  Who do you love, how much, etc.  But today, just take a minute and ask yourself: "how much do I love me?"  That's right, sister, we said it!  Today, take 15 selfish minutes (we use the term "selfish" in a very selfless way!) and think about what you love about yourself.  What do you love about your personality?  What do you love about your physical appearance?  What do you love that you do for others?  If you are having trouble thinking of anything, you have another problem...a lack of loving oneself.  Now take 15 more minutes and write down 3 things that you are going to change for and about yourself that will make you love you.  You have until March 15 to implement those changes...we're going to check on you! 


Now give yourself a big imaginary hug and a couple of air kisses and remember: you cannot fully love someone else until you first love yourself!
